A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Citizens for Kent Gray was the only campaign committee in Leland Grove that was delinquent in payment for August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The fine that Citizens for Kent Gray has yet to pay was imposed on Dec. 20, 2016, for a late quarterly report.
