Elkhart home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Elkhart rose by $5,400 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,900 - a 5.5% increase over the $97,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Elkhart in the first quarter of 2016.
