Route 4/ Greenbriar Drive home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Route 4/ Greenbriar Drive, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $7,950 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,450 - a 5.2% increase over the $153,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Route 4/ Greenbriar Drive in the first quarter of 2016.
