Route 4/ Washington Street home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Route 4/ Washington Street, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $30,350 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,600 - a 28% increase over the $108,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Route 4/ Washington Street in the first quarter of 2016.
