Route 97/ Walnut Street home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Route 97/ Walnut Street, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $13,564.50 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $47,064.50 - a 40.5% increase over the $33,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Route 97/ Walnut Street in the first quarter of 2016, as well.
