Lincoln Avenue/ Fayette Avenue home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Lincoln Avenue/ Fayette Avenue, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $10,400 while total sales increased by 6.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,400 - a 12.2% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Lincoln Avenue/ Fayette Avenue in the second quarter of 2016.
