College Street/ Lawrence Avenue home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in College Street/ Lawrence Avenue, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $11,855.28 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,855.28 - a 23.7% increase over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in College Street/ Lawrence Avenue in the second quarter of 2016.
