Cook Street/ 11th Street home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Cook Street/ 11th Street, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $9,000 - a 50% increase over the $6,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Cook Street/ 11th Street in the second quarter of 2016.
