Route 4/ Greenbriar Drive home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Route 4/ Greenbriar Drive, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $25,450 while total sales increased by 1.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,500 - a 13.4% decrease over the $189,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Route 4/ Greenbriar Drive in the first half of 2016.
