Stanton Street/ Stevenson Drive home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Stanton Street/ Stevenson Drive, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $3,750 while total sales decreased by 6.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,750 - a 4.5% increase over the $84,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Stanton Street/ Stevenson Drive in the first half of 2016.
