5th Street/ Griffiths Avenue home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in 5th Street/ Griffiths Avenue, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $7,250 while total sales increased by 43.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 12.6% increase over the $57,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in 5th Street/ Griffiths Avenue in the first half of 2016.
