Route 97/ 9th Street home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Route 97/ 9th Street, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $21,500 while total sales increased by 187.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 35% decrease over the $61,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Route 97/ 9th Street in the first half of 2016.
