Ash Street/ Wirt Avenue home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Ash Street/ Wirt Avenue, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $8,000 while total sales increased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $28,000 - a 40% increase over the $20,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Ash Street/ Wirt Avenue in the first half of 2016.
