Elkhart home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Elkhart rose by $5,450 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,950 - a 5.6% increase over the $97,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Elkhart in March 2016, as well.
