Mount Pulaski home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Mount Pulaski fell by $16,950 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,950 - a 18.9% decrease over the $89,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mount Pulaski in March 2016.
