Lincoln home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Lincoln fell by $15,250 while total sales decreased by 22.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 19% decrease over the $80,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Lincoln in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for 2017 was $1,814. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,817. This marks an decrease of 0.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.8%.
