Middletown home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Middletown rose by $16,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $41,250 - a 65% increase over the $25,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Middletown in August 2016, as well.
