Route 29/ Route 97 home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Route 29/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $63,800 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,800 - a 335.8% increase over the $19,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Route 29/ Route 97 in January 2016.
