4th Street/ Cook Street home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in 4th Street/ Cook Street, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $6,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $32,500 - a 16.7% decrease over the $39,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in 4th Street/ Cook Street in January 2016.
