Grandview home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Grandview, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $2,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $38,000 - a 5.6% increase over the $36,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Grandview in March 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Grandview for 2017 was $986. In 2016, the median sales tax was $929. This marks an increase of 6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.6%.
