Woodside home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Woodside, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $57,950 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,950 - a 31.3% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Woodside in June 2016.
