The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Route 4/ Washington Street, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $19,900 while total sales increased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,900 - a 16.6% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Route 4/ Washington Street in June 2016.
