The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Lincoln Avenue/ Fayette Avenue, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $3,250 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,250 - a 2.8% decrease over the $115,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Lincoln Avenue/ Fayette Avenue in June 2016.
