Route 4/ Route 97 home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Route 4/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $3,250 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,250 - a 3.4% increase over the $97,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Route 4/ Route 97 in June 2016.
