Arlington Heights home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Arlington Heights, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $4,000 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $63,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Arlington Heights in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Arlington Heights for 2017 was $1,058. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,024. This marks an increase of 3.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.6%.
