Route 29/ Route 97 home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Route 29/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,000 - a 52% decrease over the $62,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Route 29/ Route 97 in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Route 29/ Route 97 for 2017 was $1,112. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,105. This marks an increase of 0.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.7%.
