The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Lincoln Avenue/ Fayette Avenue, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $21,350 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,900 - a 17.3% decrease over the $123,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lincoln Avenue/ Fayette Avenue in July 2016.
