Grandview home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Grandview, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $26,680 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,500 - a 78.9% increase over the $33,820 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Grandview in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Grandview for 2017 was $986. In 2016, the median sales tax was $929. This marks an increase of 6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.6%.
