The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Salisbury/ Farmingdale, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $36,750 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,250 - a 17.5% increase over the $210,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Salisbury/ Farmingdale in August 2016.
