Leland Grove home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Leland Grove, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $50,550 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,000 - a 33.2% increase over the $152,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Leland Grove in August 2016.
