Woodside home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Woodside, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 42.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 1.3% decrease over the $197,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Woodside in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Woodside for 2017 was $4,211. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,567. This marks an decrease of 7.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.2%.
