Route 4/ Route 97 home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Route 4/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $15,100 while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 20.2% increase over the $74,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Route 4/ Route 97 in November 2016.
