The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Lincoln Avenue/ Fayette Avenue, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $31,500 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 27% decrease over the $116,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lincoln Avenue/ Fayette Avenue in November 2016.
