The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Stanton Street/ Stevenson Drive, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $44,600 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $62,400 - a 41.7% decrease over the $107,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Stanton Street/ Stevenson Drive in November 2016.
