The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in College Street/ Lawrence Avenue, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $21,500 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,500 - a 56.6% increase over the $38,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in College Street/ Lawrence Avenue in November 2016.

The median sales tax in College Street/ Lawrence Avenue for 2017 was $1,532. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,508. This marks an increase of 1.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.6%.
