Route 29/ Route 97 home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Route 29/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $47,000 - a 56.7% increase over the $30,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Route 29/ Route 97 in November 2016.
