Grandview home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Grandview, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $30,900 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $34,100 - a 47.5% decrease over the $65,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Grandview in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Grandview for 2017 was $986. In 2016, the median sales tax was $929. This marks an increase of 6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.9%.
