Woodside home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Woodside, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 2.3% increase over the $195,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Woodside in January 2017.
