Q1 2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in Dupage County?

There were 75 offenders released on parole during the first quarter that live in Dupage County, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Sangamon Sun.

The data shows that 63 men and 12 women were released in Dupage County. The median age of the parolees was 36. The youngest parolee was a 21-year-old man sentenced for a property crime in 2017, and the oldest was a 71-year-old woman sentenced for a property crime in 2015.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Frederico Conde. He was convicted of homicide in 1993 when he was 22 years old. He is now 48.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The table below gives a breakdown of how many offenders were paroled in the first quarter in each Dupage County municipality.
