Q3 2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in Menard County?

There were four offenders released on parole during the third quarter that live in Menard County, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Sangamon Sun.

The data shows that two men and two women were released in Menard County. The median age of the parolees was 40. The youngest parolee was a 28-year-old man sentenced for a financial crime or fraud in 2016, and the oldest was a 53-year-old woman sentenced for a crime involving alcohol in 2011.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Joyce Stuebinger. She was convicted of a crime involving alcohol in 2011 when she was 46 years old. She is now 53.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The table below gives a breakdown of how many offenders were paroled in the third quarter in each Menard County municipality.
