Woodside home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Woodside, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $36,800 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,950 - a 18.7% decrease over the $196,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Woodside in November 2017.
