Route 4/ Route 97 home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Route 4/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 6.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,000 - a 7.3% decrease over the $96,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Route 4/ Route 97 in the second half of 2016.
