Route 4/ Greenbriar Drive home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Route 4/ Greenbriar Drive, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $15,050 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.
