 Approve to hire a replacement Jury Commission/Law Library Clerk at an annual salary of up to $36,046 effective November 4, 2019; the current employee will leave the payroll system at an annual salary on $34,312.42 on October 4, 2019

State’s Attorney, Dan Wright

 Approve a promotion/salary adjustment for Joel Benoit from Assistant State’s Attorney to Assistant State’s Attorney-Chief Civil Division with an increase in annual salary from $81,089.94 to $95,000 effective September 11, 2019; the previous employee left the payroll system at an annual salary of $106,203 on September 6, 2019

 Approve a salary adjustment for Daniel Mosher, Assistant State’s Attorney with an increase in annual salary from $68,500 to $76,000 effective September 11, 2019; the previous employee was promoted within the department effective September 11, 2019 at an annual salary of $81,089.94

 Approve to hire a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney at an annual salary of up to $42,344 effective on or after September 11, 2019; the previous employee left the payroll system at an annual salary of $42,344 on July 26, 2019

 Resolution to forward to the County Board the acceptance of the Downstate Operating Assistance Grant with anticipated grant revenue of $708,500; matching funds required
