American Chamber of Commerce In Poland issued the following announcement on Sept. 20.
Real estate advisory firm Cresa won a special award of Prime Property Prize 2019 during the gala of the ninth edition of Property Forum 2019, the biggest event on the commercial real estate market in Poland held by the PTWP Group, the publisher of PropertyNews.pl and PropertyDesign.pl, and the organizer of the European Economic Congress.
Cresa received a special award of Prime Property Prize and Editors of Property News in recognition of its outstanding achievements:
· Cresa gained an established position in the competitive advisory services sector of the commercial real estate market in a short time.
· Cresa consistently pursues a differentiated concept of real estate advisory services in Poland with a focus on sole-tenant representation.
· Cresa advised the mBank Group on the largest ever office lease in Poland, Primark on its entry into Poland, and Akamai Technologies on the largest transaction of Q1 2019, and InPost.
