Arlington Heights home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Arlington Heights, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $2,598 while total sales increased by 36.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $41,598 - a 6.7% increase over the $39,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Arlington Heights in 2016.
