Ball-Chatham Community Unit School District 5 issued the following announcement on Oct. 8.
As one of the many activities planned for Mental Health Awareness Week (Oct. 7-11) at GHS, two therapy American Miniature Horses from Heartland Mini Hoofs visited with students today. The goal is to improve the mental, physical, social, and emotional well-being of all who come into contact with the horses. They will be at GHS tomorrow and Thursday as well!
