American Chamber of Commerce In Poland issued the following announcement on Oct. 13.
The future of work is here and it's time to reimagine everything, addressing disruption towards work, the workforce, and the workplace. We will look at these issues through different perspectives like how work is delivered, how business is organized, how people experience work and how work is enabled.
Our speakers will be Ms. Magdalena Bączyk, Deloitte Human Capital Senior Manager and Ms.Desislava Barzachka, Discovery People & Culture Global Services and we will discuss:
- how the future of works look like;
- how technology investments enhance the employee experience.
We will end the meeting with the case study of an employee-led HR transformation carried out by technology (Discovery).
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, October 16 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the AmCham Boardroom (Spektrum Tower, ul.Twarda 18, 16th floor)
