Ball-Chatham Community Unit School District 5 issued the following announcement on Nov. 4.
On Sunday, November 3, the Ball-Chatham Educational Foundation hosted its Annual Titan Trek 5K, and Titan Trot 1-Mile Race, to raise money for education initiatives throughout the Ball-Chatham School District. There were 196 Trekkers, and 119 Trotters registered. Raul Valero was the #1 male runner, and winner overall of the Trek with a time of 17:33. The first place female was GMS student, Madi Iwanicki, with a time of 22:05! Congratulations to all of the competitors!
