Athens Community Unit School District 213 issued the following announcement on Jan. 27.
The Athens Fine Arts Boosters Jazz Dinner will be Saturday, February 15 at 6:00 pm in the CIS Commons. The menu for the evening is: Appetizer, Seasonal Salad, Pesto Chicken with Red Wine Marinara, Parmesan Risotto, Zucchini Casserole and Dessert. Music will be provided by the High School Jazz Band, Show Choir, Jr High Jazz Band and various soloists. Cost of the evening is $25 per person. Reservations are due by February 3rd can be made by emailing AthensFAB@yahoo.com
